You will build your 25-roster using as few players as possible (i.e., by using multiple clones of the players). The minimum number of players you can build a roster from is two. Anybody using just two players will get to use a salary cap of $130 million. For each player you add, your salary cap drops by $5 million (3 players = $125M, 4 players = $120M, etc.)
